- Return Address: Please send the goods exclusively to the address specified in our cancellation policy or the address provided by our support team. Returns sent to incorrect addresses cannot be processed.
- Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount via your original payment method.
- Important: Returns that arrive without any means of identification (e.g., missing delivery note or sender information) can only be processed once the sender has been clearly identified. This will lead to significant delays.
- Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalized products: Upon completion of the order and receipt of payment, the customer places a binding order for the creation of a personalized product. For the products we offer, an individually customized digital graphic is first created based on the details provided by the customer.
