Why DOTCOMCANVAS® exists
In 2018, I founded DOTCOMCANVAS® in Chemnitz with a simple idea: art that says something, instead of just filling walls.
Most wall art is decoration. Pretty, interchangeable—after a few weeks, you stop noticing it. I wanted pictures that do something for you. That remind you of your goal when you walk into the office in the morning. That make guests ask: "What's the story behind that?"
This has become more than I could have imagined back then.
Today, over 60,000 customers have a dotcomcanvas on their wall. Entrepreneurs, athletes, and creators hang our pictures in their offices and studios. XXXLutz, BAUHAUS, and Möbel Inhofer carry us in their stores, and we have our own showroom in Dubai.
One thing hasn't changed since day one: we asked over 3,000 customers what they look for when buying wall art. The most common answer was quality.
