Product description – Adhesive sheet for wall art

The adhesive sheet is a simple, elegant and safe solution for attaching wall pictures to the wall without drilling or nails.
It is made of sturdy metal with a self-adhesive backing that adheres permanently to smooth surfaces. The magnetic or hook mounting system on the front allows picture frames, canvases, or photo panels to be easily attached and removed as needed.

Instructions for use

1. Preparation

• Clean the surface of the image thoroughly (dust- and grease-free).

• The surface should be smooth and dry.
  

2. Attaching the adhesive plate

1. Peel off the protective film from the back.

2. Attach the adhesive strip to the upper left and right corners of the image and press firmly (approx. 30 seconds) to ensure optimal adhesion.

3. Wait at least 1 hour before hanging any weight on it (24 hours for full adhesive strength).

3. Attaching the picture

• Attach the image carrier (e.g. frame or board) to the provided hook or magnet.

• Align it straight and make sure it hangs stably.

4. Remove

• Slowly and carefully peel the metal sheet away from the wall.

• Any remaining adhesive can be removed with warm water or mild cleaner.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.

• Notification: To ensure fast processing, we kindly ask you to notify us of any return or exchange in advance via email at service@dotcomcanvas.de or through our contact form.
  
  
• Exchange Policy: An exchange is only possible within 30 days of receiving the original order. A completed exchange does not extend this period again. Furthermore, exchanges are limited to a maximum of two transactions per order.
  
  
• Return Address: Please send the goods exclusively to the address stated in the cancellation policy or the address provided by our support team. Shipments to incorrect addresses cannot be processed.
  
  
• Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
  
  
• Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method.
  
  
• Important: Returns that arrive without any means of identification (e.g., missing delivery note or sender details) can only be processed once the sender is clearly identified. This will result in significant delays.
  
  
• Exclusions: Personalized products that have been custom-made for you are excluded from exchange and refund.
