• Shipping costs: Free worldwide shipping on orders over 49 €.
  
  
• Security: Safe and fast shipping including end-to-end tracking.
  
  
• Delivery time: 2–5 business days worldwide (may vary depending on product size and material).

International Shipping: Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

You can withdraw from your order within 30 days of receipt.

• Registration: To ensure fast processing, we kindly ask you to register every return in advance via email to service@dotcomcanvas.de or via our contact form.
  
  
• Return Address: Please send the goods exclusively to the address specified in our cancellation policy or the address provided by our support team. Returns sent to incorrect addresses cannot be processed.
  
  
• Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
  
  
• Refund: After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount via your original payment method.
  
  
• Important: Returns that arrive without any means of identification (e.g., missing delivery note or sender information) can only be processed once the sender has been clearly identified. This will lead to significant delays.
  
  
• Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalized products: Upon completion of the order and receipt of payment, the customer places a binding order for the creation of a personalized product. For the products we offer, an individually customized digital graphic is first created based on the details provided by the customer. In accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
