- Refund: After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount via your original payment method.
- Important: Returns that arrive without any means of identification (e.g., missing delivery note or sender information) can only be processed once the sender has been clearly identified. This will lead to significant delays.

For the products we offer, an individually customized digital graphic is first created based on the details provided by the customer.
